That's good advice, Thanks. Maybe a Beo 4 or 5 is the way to go anyway.

I have a pair of White CX50's in good cosmetic condition. I acquired them during a system purchase and they needed their foam surrounds replaced. I have done this myself from a 'Good Hifi' kit and now one works perfectly but one hardly produces any sound at all. It may be a simple fix for someone who knows what they're doing but could

Thanks, I want to try and keep the B&O remote if I can I've heard of Lintronic but to be honest I was baffled by their website so didn't look any further. I might contact them and see what they recommend.

Hi I have a quick question about controlling a non B&O TV. I have a Beocenter 9000 and a Panasonic HD ready TV, Panasonic DVD Recorder and Sky HD Box. I'm planning on running a RCA Cable from my Sky box for audio but would like to know whats the best way (simplest or cheapest) of being able to operate the TV, DVD and Sky Box with my Beolink

Thanks for all the advice but after all that I bought a Beocenter 9000, I figured the passive speaker options would be a more sensible starting point for me and I just love the sleek styling. Regards David

Hi Just wondering if anyone has tried hooking up a Brennan JB7 hard disk system to a B & O see website here http://www.brennan.co.uk/ Seems like a good cheap way to integrate digital music into a classic B&O setup, looks far nicer than an iPod and far cheaper than a Beoport. Regards David
Give the receiver the signal it deserves, connect an outside VHF aerial and listen to the best quality radio reception available. Any indoor aerial will not do justice to the amazing quality available from this receiver!!!!!
Thanks for the advice and I know that's what's really needed but at the moment

Hi I'm looking for an original or at least compatible AM / FM aerial for my Beocenter 9000 if anyone has one to sell. Or if not any advice as to one that I can buy that will do the job. Regards David

Original Belt has been put back on the Beocord and seems to be OK. (may have fallen off when moved on to a new rack) Now the whole system is working perfectly. Fantastic advice from you all, thank you so much !

Thanks for the excellent advice, adjusted the reed switch on the CD and now seems to be working fine. Just trying to tackle the Beocord took the top off and turned it over and found that the belt was off and seems intact. I'm trying to refit the belt but the drawer doesn't seem to come out enough to access the pulley. Any ideas please? Regards
