  • SRT type 605 / 42VF

Hello This is just for general intrest. I found this Skandinavisk Radio & Television type 605 turntable. I guess it is forerunner of 42VF, if not the same. It has ST/M arm and SP2 pick up. Nice working condition, exept that lifting handle in arm is not original. If someone can confirm or disconfirm...

  • beocenter 2000 - faulty cartridge / stylus

Hi, This is my first post. I have a Beocenter 2000 - it is in pretty good nick but the tape player is shot. I love its sound and enjoy listening to records using the unit. My 2 year old son wrecked the turntable cartridge a few months ago and I quickly discovered how expensive these are to replace. This...

  • Re: Beogram 8000 repair

Hi, I’m not sure I can help because I have a similar problem. I am also the original owner of this unit and have had mine packed away for 6 years. I just hooked it up today and was not happy when the platter refused to rotate. I’ve got the user’s guide packed away in another box somewhere...

  • Beogram 1102

Hello! I've just bought an old beogramm 1102 which seems to work in every respect except it will not lift the tonearm but just drags it onto the platter. Is this a major/expensive problem or something I can attempt to rectify myself? Also wondered if anybody could recommend anywhere to fix this kind...

  • Beocenter 7000 turntable question

Hi, I'm the owner of a Beocenter 7000. It works fine but is showing some strange behaviour regarding the turntable. Whenever a record is playing it stops after a while; the arm is lifted and turned to the starting position after that the beocenter goes to standby. The time between the starting and...

  • Re: Connect a Beogram 5005 to a Beomaster 6500

Thanks, Graham. I might buy a Pro-ject Phono Box or a NAD... Two little questions: 1 - I'll need a MM or a MC connection? 2 - How do I connect the turntable to the Phono pre? Thanks in advance!

  • Beogram 1202 sound muting relay

Hello, I've recently bought a Beogram 1202 off of Ebay. It works very well, except the previous owner has removed the muting relay, leaving just the cueing light in operation. The signal cable from the arm is soldered directly to the output cable. Is it possible to get a replacement relay from anywhere...

Hi All Can anyone advise if replacement tone arms are available for Beocentre 7007 ? Either a complete unit or just the arm, as my inquisitive daughter has just snapped off the headshell.....luckily i had removed the cartridge only moments before. The Cassette deck has also stopped playing. The motor...
