    Stars:

Just waiting to fall into the temptation of one of these. Will only be a question of time.

I love my 1980's Admiral's Cup (as well as my Rolex of course).

Where did you buy that Rolex?

I'm sorry to say it looks fake.

At the moment this watch gets most of my wrist time.

    PentaIII:

One of my current weekend watches, Nautilus 5712.  To be fair not the most comfortable of watches to wear, but a nice semi complication Patek.

    Patek Nautilus

    That is lovely!

I would really like to get a 5711. Well one of these days.

Fav watch? I couldn't possibly pick one :D I have a small collection, possibly thinking of adding a Panerai 111 or a JLC master geographic compressor as/when I have the funds and that'll probably be my perfect collection.

Is that an Omega Chronostop on the left? I had one years ago and traded it in for a Flightmaster. Nice little watch :)

Re: What is your favorite watch?

Yes it is, love the Flightmaster too lovely watch! Sadly the Chronostop doesn't get much wrist time so that will probably go. I want to keep one vintage though so might keep the Oysterdate and get the Panerai rather than the JLC to save (some) pennies.

Love the Chronostop. Was my first Omega. Flightmaster was a step up size-wise, but I liked the Chronostop for how discrete it was under shirt sleeves etc.

Re: What is your favorite watch?

I was searching for years to get a subtle watch. I don't really like the kinda ritzy watches like Rolex or Breitling. For years I loved Issey Miyake about his more industrial take on clothing when I found out he actually is in the watch-business using SEIKO Technology, collaborating with numerous designers. ISSEY MIYAKE VUE by Yves Behar (the man who designed the Jawbone headsets, OLPC, etc.) is in my opinion one of the most thoughtful watch-designs I've ever seen and crafted really well. The thick glass and the black metal is just beautiful. I also was looking for a piece of art on my wrist, as I primarely use my phone to check the accurate time. So here it is:

Here you can watch Behar talking about his watch: http://vimeo.com/22650333
