The BV7 32" upgrade is much overdue and some things like the BV4 facelift just pop up without very early discussion that we had as an example for BS5.

So my preference would be this:

Existing BV7 with a large discount. I don't think it is worth to buy used right now, my feeling is that the dealer will give you a good deal since the update is overdue. Depending on how much that is, I would go for the older model. I am more into looks then into picture quality or hdmi connections.

Rank 2 would be a cheap ass Sony LCD to bridge time until BV7 comes if you must have a TV now.

Rank 3 would be BV8 even though I haven't seen it in flesh and may change my mind once I see it.

Rank 4 would be a Loewe. Wouldn't really consider that, I want it to integrate with my BS9000 and BL3/BL2 and whenever I bought other stuff I wasnt happy in the end (Good bye Yamaha Mini System and Good bye Imac which I though would be a good TV replacement until we get some products in the US).

Re: BV7 32 MkIII

Search for other BV7 MKIII posts onsite - there are differing opinions depending upon what you expect of it and how you intend to use it.

BV7 32 MkIII

Hi,

any information? Anyone? Wild guess?

I NEED a new TV.The main options are at the moment BV8 32 and BV7 32 an yes, Loewe Connect 37 or 32. I like all of those, but prefer the looks of BV7. It is, however, "too" expensive for what it is at the moment. Therefore, to decide what to get and when I need all the possible information.

I asked a week ago about choosing a TV. Thanks for helpful comments! Pioneer seemed to be the one to choose, but because of the architecture of my flat, the TV needs to be on a stand and I do not want Pioneer on a stand.
