It's more likely an issue to do with the mains supply or an ML system. Most 'weird' issues with B&O products are down to misbehaving ML systems...

Re: BeoSound 4 is NOT faulty

I thought the same but in the absence of any other explanation I'm now not too sure.
The AirPort only connects via Audio, which no matter what the audio input, could not affect the BeoSound 4's function.

Re: BeoSound 4 is NOT faulty

OK. So I have had my BS4 back for a week now with no shut downs occurring, with or without the Apple Airport Express (AAE) connected. Maybe it was the AAE after all. Having it off for the week has fixed the problem. (I also reconfigured my AAE with new wireless settings)

Anyway I don't think the fault was with the B&O BeoSound 4.

Faith is now restored. I blame Apple and its dodgy OSX 10.5.1 operating system.

Re: BeoSound 4 is NOT faulty

Jandyt:

Can't help you there I'm afraid

Thanks anyway.

Re: BeoSound 4 is NOT faulty

Jez:

I have one with my BS4 and i've never had a problem.
