Basically, the extension is based on optical wire, the sales lady claims it is a great solution without ruin your home decor(the optical wire is transparent).

The package has one HDMI transmitter and one receiver, optical wire (30m), infra-red transmitter and receiver and some accessories to tidy the cable...it does not say much about how exactly they can be applied to home media centre, only mentioned that by using HDMI splitter, there are many possibilities.....I am not that technical...need more time to process this...is there anyone familiar with these kind of application or maybe there is wireless application which is even better, by the way the retail price is around USD$ 700, I try to google it, but can't find much information about it.

If anyone know more about it or how you think it can apply to home media centre...please share with us.
