You can call it obscure.....or just beo.

Later they changed 1.5 to 5 and 2.6 to 6 ...as we all know...(?)

So 1.5 is for video only. You have video and audio in your main room. so you need option 2.6 for controlling both. Hope this helps...(?)

I t helps a bit Stefan, are there any more obscure option settings to your knowledge?

Re: Lost 2 way... help...

Option 1 for video is for controlling video products only Option 2 for video- and audio products as video-/audiomaster in the main room.

V.Option 5 is the some as 1 (video only) but for linkroom and 6 the same as 2 (video and audio) but also for linkroom.

A.option 1 is for audio only (master) option 2 for audio and video and so on......

But at some old MX (and LX-) tvs Beo had this special linkroom option. So 1.5 is for video only. You have video and audio in your main room. so you need option 2.6 for controlling both. Hope this helps...(?)

I lost 2 way in the main room, but is used to work in the link room.

I tried Video option 2.6 and it worked! Thanks Stefan.

Can you tell me a bit more what the meaning of 1.5, 2.6... as it seem different from the option setting explained here:

Try V.OPT 2, V.OPT 6 or via BL1000 PICTURE 2 STORE, PICTURE 6 STORE. Hopefully this will fix your problem - good luck.

Main room: BV7-32, BC2500 connected via Beolink Converter

Link room: 2 way MX7000 connected to the main room via coax and Beolink video, Beolink 7000 remote.

---

All used to work fine, and I used to get 2 way feedback on my Beolink 7000 when I was in the link room. The only thing I did not get was the channel numbers when watching the main room video sources.

I have been playing with the option setting this morning and now I have lost 2 way feedback, including the clock :-(

The BL7000 still receives the current source name, when I change it with another 1 way remote and tap the BL7000, I see that it gets the current source. But it does not display any track or volume indication.

The MX7000 has a strange option setting, for example when it was my main room TV, the Option was Video Option 1.5

When in the link room, the PCG says it should be Video Option 2... which is the current option.

p.
